As Co-Director of Hopton Healthcare, Jennifer brings a rich and varied background in the care sector spanning older adults, dementia support, mental health services, and working with people with learning disabilities. She has seen firsthand what thoughtful, consistent, person-centred care looks like and she’s determined to build a service that delivers just that.

Jennifer’s career has taken her from hands-on care roles to leadership and service coordination. She understands what it means to be on the frontline, offering emotional support, promoting independence, and navigating complex health needs, all while bringing calm, dignity, and heart to her work.

A proud mum and a natural nurturer, Jennifer channels both her personal and professional experiences into her leadership. She’s passionate about designing training, systems, and a team culture that empowers carers to grow and clients to feel safe and respected.

Working alongside her co-director Adeleye, Jennifer is shaping Hopton Healthcare into a values-led care provider one that combines structure and empathy, professionalism and warmth, and always puts people first.
