As Co‑Director of Hopton Healthcare, Jennifer Teigaga is a highly motivated and passionate leader with a rich background across nursing, learning disabilities, dementia care, and support for adults aged 18–65 and 65+. With many years of experience in the care sector, Jennifer brings a blend of clinical knowledge, frontline expertise, and strategic leadership that shapes Hopton Healthcare’s commitment to safe, dignified, person‑centred support. 

Jennifer’s career has been built on hands‑on care roles, management responsibilities, and strong academic foundations. She holds a degree in Biomedical Science as well as a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care. This combination of clinical understanding and leadership training enables her to design systems, training, and operational processes that empower staff and ensure clients receive exceptional care. 

She understands the realities of frontline work — the emotional support, the complex health needs, the advocacy, and the importance of maintaining independence. Jennifer is known for going above and beyond to ensure her clients receive everything they need to remain safe, supported, and independent at home. Her approach is rooted in calm, dignity, and heart, ensuring that every person feels respected and valued.

Working alongside her co‑director, Adeleye Ashaolu, Jennifer leads Hopton Healthcare with shared purpose and strong collaboration. Together, they bring over 19 years of combined experience, united by values, integrity, and a determination to create a care provider that blends professionalism with warmth, structure with empathy, and always puts people first.
