As Co‑Director of Hopton Healthcare, Adeleye brings a strong and diverse background in the care sector, with extensive experience across mental health services, learning disabilities, autism support, and complex needs. He has worked closely with individuals facing a wide range of challenges, giving him a deep understanding of what safe, consistent, person‑centred care truly requires. 

Adeleye’s journey in care has taken him from frontline support roles to leadership and service coordination. He knows what it means to be present in someone’s most vulnerable moments offering reassurance, promoting independence, and navigating complex behavioural or emotional needs with patience, dignity, and calm. His hands‑on experience shapes the way he leads today: grounded, thoughtful, and always focused on the person behind the care plan.

Alongside his practical experience, Adeleye also holds a Master’s degree, which strengthens his leadership with academic insight, reflective practice, and a strong understanding of governance and quality standards. He uses this blend of knowledge and experience to design systems, training, and operational processes that support staff to grow and clients to feel safe, respected, and understood. 

Together with his co‑director Jennifer, Adeleye leads Hopton Healthcare with shared purpose and close collaboration. Their partnership is built on mutual respect, aligned values, and a commitment to shaping a care provider that balances structure with compassion, professionalism with warmth, and always puts people first.
